Robert joined the Napali Capital team in 2022 as our Real Estate Analyst and focuses on providing critical analysis across the portfolio. With a dual focus on performance management within the Napali Residential Group and overall portfolio performance support, Robert supports all data needs of the organization. In addition, Robert supports the development efforts with underwriting and acquisitions.
Before joining Napali Capital, Robert served in the U.S. Army and is an 8-year veteran having worked as an Intelligence Analyst focusing on risk management, security and regulatory compliance. Robert earned his Master of Science in Real Estate with an emphasis in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Mass Communications from the Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas.
