Synergy Industrial Park, is a 70,000-square-foot warehouse in a foreign free trade and tax zone in East Texas. It houses the corporate headquarters for a company that has relocated from California and that manufactures outdoor tactical gear, coolers, fishing gear and hunting equipment for major national distributors.
