Annual Ranking Highlights America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

SOUTHLAKE, Texas – August 18, 2020 – Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list has awarded Napali Capital, LLC No. 21 on the 2020 list. The Inc. 5000 list is the most prestigious rankings of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, and this is the first time the Southlake-based company appears on the list.

Napali Capital is a real estate investment company that partners with physicians to increase their wealth beyond traditional investment platforms. The company’s portfolio includes properties with strong economic markets throughout the U.S. Napali continues to see tremendous expansion, showing three-year growth of 10,957 percent. To date, Napali works with over 600 investors in 40 states.

The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500 percent, and a median rate of 165 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years.
