Napali selects certain markets in which leverage can be utilized with capitalization rates that perform well. We choose areas of the country where there is a strong economic base with low unemployment and a growing work force to support our model. By purchasing assets with deferred maintenance in superior locations, we achieve increased value by renovating and relaunching the asset in the market. In many cases, we acquire properties that don’t have deferred maintenance, but, have opportunities to add value and generate new revenue streams such as:
